During that surgical procedure, the puffy bags, sagging skin, and many of the age lines are removed. An upper eyelid crease can also be added to Asian eyes. Most importantly, Dr. Friedman's goal is to accomplish this without affecting the natural look or expression of the eye. This is part of the art of plastic surgery.
